Member Service Representative I - Stillwater - February 2024

Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over 900 million in assets and six branch locations. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services.
We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our Stillwater office.
This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful.
Below are the scheduled hours in addition to other hours as needed:
Sunday OFF
Monday OFF
Tuesday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Wednesday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Total Hours = 35 Hours
Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Grade 7 – Hourly Position.
The hourly range of pay for this position is $21.16 - $31.74 per hour.
