Member Service Representative

We are seeking a highly customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. Responsibilities

• Assist members with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Address and resolve member complaints, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products, services, and membership benefits
• Process membership applications, ensuring all required information is collected and accurately entered into our system
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve member issues related to payments and invoices
• Educate members on our various service offerings, promotions, and discounts
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all member interactions and transactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computers and navigating software applications
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
