Responsibilities
- Assist members with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Address and resolve member complaints, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products, services, and membership benefits
- Process membership applications, ensuring all required information is collected and accurately entered into our system
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve member issues related to payments and invoices
- Educate members on our various service offerings, promotions, and discounts
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all member interactions and transactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computers and navigating software applications
