The Member Service Associate greets AAA members and assist with a variety of services in the travel store including sales, cashiering, merchandising, and membership, and financial services. The role is also responsible for supporting insurance and travel agents and promoting the diverse variety of products and services of AAA.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Desired qualities:
- Previous customer service or cashiering experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge required.
