Assists in coordinating all aspects of Member Relations activities, which include member recruitment and promotion, member account management and member retention efforts. Assists the Supervisor in planning and assigning the work of the receptionists.
Education/Experience: High School diploma with at least 6 months to 1 year experience in a business office atmosphere, preferably in a Health and Wellness setting. Demonstrated PC skills with word processing, desk top publishing and spreadsheet programs. Minimum of 2 years successfully working in a position requiring extensive interaction with the public. Excellent phone skills and competency in interacting with the public.
