Member Engagement RepresentativeSalary: $10.50 - $13 per hour

Member Engagement RepresentativeHours: Monday and Tuesday Evenings: 5-8 PM and Morning opening and Weekend availability (Part Time)

Member Engagement RepresentativeResponsibilities:

• Providing customer service support to members, program participants, and guests
• Assisting members and participants with their needs, including program and membership registration, troubleshooting issues, and supporting members' wellness goals
• Utilizing customer service skills to build strong relationships with members

Member Engagement RepresentativeQualifications:

• Have strong communication and customer service skills
• Are a self-starter who is detail oriented, able to multitask and work well in a team setting
• Have experience working in a customer service setting
• Are positive and professional in appearance and attitude
• Have a willingness and desire to live out the mission of the Y
• Are experienced in cash handling and can reconcile shift transactions
