```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, book appointments for medspa services
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed
- Coordinate appointments and manage the schedule of the reception area
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of the aesthetic industry is a plus
- Familiarity with medical grade skincare products and services preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
