```Duties:```
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Document medication administration and any observed changes in patient condition
- Assist with medication inventory management and ordering as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure proper medication administration and patient care
- Provide support and assistance to patients with activities of daily living as needed
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a Medication Technician or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of acute care, hospital, assisted living, nursing home, and dementia care settings
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to accurately read and interpret medical records and medication orders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication administration protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
