VMP is looking for eager, energetic, and committed Certified Medication Technicians to join our team! The CMT accepts responsibility and accountability for routine restorative rehabilitative care provided to a group of residents in collaboration with the nurse. You would administer medications according to state-approved procedures and the Baptist Home Policy and Procedures, and make sure medications are handled and catalogued properly according to company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate documentation.
We are currently hiring for all shifts (AM, PM, & Overnight), both part-time & full-time. We offer 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.
Employees that commit to a 1.0 FTE will receive a hourly rate of $26 per hour!

This position offers shift differentials, weekend differentials, and a sign on bonus of up to $5,000!
Qualifications:
- Must have successfully completed a medication administration course (often this is pharmacology with a nurse clinical) Verified by nursing instructor or School of Nursing.
- Qualified candidates must be currently State certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) & Certified Medication Technician in the state of Wisconsin.

Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medications according to state approved procedures and The Baptist Home Policy and Procedures.
- Chart each resident's medication as given and verifies consumption of medication.
- Chart the reason for administering PRN medication and response to the medication.
