Candidates should have extensive experience with Medicare or Medicaid sales at both the tactical to the strategic level. The best candidates will bring their own unique perspective, philosophy, and energy to identify opportunities for improvement within the sales org. Responsibilities and Duties
- Roll up your sleeves and conduct a top down analysis of existing sales infrastructure
- Share your findings with executive leadership and recommend improvements
- Work closely with existing partners within the sales org
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a VP level sales role at a health insurance company
- Extensive experience with both Medicare and Medicaid
- Understanding of the Philadelphia health insurance market
- Comfortable working remotely for an 8 week contract term
