MEDICARE SALES MANAGER

We are seeking a Medicare Advantage SALES TRAINER .You will train, monitor and work side by side with our inbound sales team.

• Engage with sales reps helping them find tailored health insurance solutions.
• You will be on a live inbound platform .

Responsibilities:

• Help new agents adjust to our platform .
• Engage with our team and train new agents to be successful on our platform.
• Run morning zoom meetings, train and answer questions.
• Accurately input data into our sales systems.
• Collaborate to meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends to educate clients.

Qualifications:

• Valid insurance license.
• MAPD SALES EXPERIENCE A MUST
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of health insurance policies.
• Ability to establish trust quickly.
• Tech-savvy and multitasking skills.
• AHIP 2024

Compensation:

• $22/hour + commission
• RENEWAL COMMISSION FOR YOUR ACTIVE CLIENTS IN YEAR 2 (PASSIVE INCOME)
• Base pay ranging between $60-80k annually, including commissions.
• Performance-based bonuses.(bonus for every app written by your team)
