Job Reference Number: (phone number removed) Location: Kula HI, 96790 Job Type: Contract (13 Months) Summary of Position: Looking for RN Candidate having Long Term Care, ICF Skilled Nursing, Dementia, Diabetes, HTN, Behaviors, Intellectually Disabled Float: Bedside care; changing, feeding, bathing Float all floors, BH clinic.Responsibilities: Long Term Care, ICF Skilled Nursing Dementia, Diabetes, HTN, Behaviours, Intellectually Disabled Float between LTC units and SNF Travel experience Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients. Preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications. Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements. Qualifications /Skills : 1 year of experience in the same specialty within the last 3 years. License, Certification, Registration: BLS RN HI State license.
Salary Range: $45 - 50 per Hour The above pay range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. In determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors. Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Day Shift 5 days/week – 8x5 Safety: Vaccination against COVID-19 may be a requirement for this job in compliance with current client and governmental policies.
