Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
22 months of Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application.
This role may require floating to additional units and locations
Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN
Ratios: 1:4 Tele, 1:5 Med/Surg
Weekend Req: Yes Every Other
All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state.
Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by - yes
BLS Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable.
36hr or 48hr option.

RTO Restrictions: No
RTO - 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved. Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)
