Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. Duties:

- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
- Assist with procedures such as spinal taps and other medical interventions
- Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize patient care based on acuity level
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:

- Valid nursing license (RN)
- Previous experience in medical/surgical or related healthcare settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience in case management is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities

Salary: $7000/ a month

Shift : 3x12

Contract position

Must have at least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience.
