Form of workHCT seeks a Medical Staff services professional for a hospital in Tennessee. Under the direction of the department leader, you will provide assistance with the Medical Staff credentialing/privileging process for new and reappointment applications and temporary privileges and resolving issues/complaints.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors in healthcare field preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Medical Staff Services professional within a hospital setting; must have working knowledge of Medical Staff credentialing including initial applications, reappointments, expirables, and meeting minutes
- Certifications: CPCS and/or CPMSM preferred
- Computer Skills: Strong working knowledge of databases, EPIC experience preferred; and Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.
