Salary**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the operations of Elevate IV Hydration & Aesthetics. The Spa Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the spa, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Job Duties**
Perform all duties of the front desk such as managing emails, phone calls, booking appointments, confirming appointments, follow-up calls and providing information about services, products and pricing
- Manage inventory to ensure the spa is always stocked with all necessary products for retail, medical supplies and in-treatment service supplies
- Greeting clients, offering water & providing a warm welcoming experience
Review and stay on top of patients charts and appointments making sure all information is up to date on patients profiles
Must be extremely productive and be able to get through administrative tasks quickly and have excellent organizational skills
- Keeping up with reviews online such as google and YELP to ensure patient satisfaction
- Responsible for all customer interactions, issues, complaints
**Additional Duties**
-Assist staff with turnover and set up rooms as needed.
- Monitor and manage spa budget, including sales targets and expenses
- Oversee retail sales in the medspa, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met throughout the spa facility
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail management or similar role
- Strong administrative, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of stock management principles
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
