Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations, educating clients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of various treatments.
• Perform non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Targeting fine lines, wrinkles, skin laxity, and age-related concerns. From dermal fillers and neuromodulators like Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin® to advanced techniques such as microhydra-lift facials, PRP, thread lifts, RF micro-needling, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
• Administer cutting-edge laser technologies such as HALO®, BBL®, HERO®, MOXI®, ClearV®, Clearsilk® Forever Young and MicroLaserPeel®
• Ensure a personalized and holistic approach to each client, considering individual health histories and desired outcomes.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and techniques in cosmetic dermatology to offer clients the most innovative and effective treatments.
• Efficiently manage appointment schedules, confirming bookings and handling cancellations with a focus on optimizing client satisfaction.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit.
• Engage in strategic Business Development activities, such as actively participating in Referral Networking, Trade Shows, and Community events.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including the creation of promotional materials and events, to attract new clients and foster community relationships.
• Ensure strict adherence to established protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies, and governing standards.
• Foster a collaborative atmosphere by actively engaging with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive team dynamic.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate a substantial history of hands-on experience within the aesthetic wellness domain, emphasizing a nuanced understanding of evolving practices, products, and trends that define the contemporary landscape.
• Hold advanced credentials as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA), signifying an elevated level of proficiency and expertise within the industry.
• Exhibit a proven track record of administering cosmetic injectables, including Botox and fillers, showcasing a sophisticated skill set that combines technical prowess with an artistic sensibility.
• Establish and foster enduring connections with patients, prioritizing their holistic satisfaction. Employ interpersonal acumen to evaluate and ensure patient suitability for specific services, offering personalized and secure experiences.
• Execute treatments with efficiency and precision, whether on the same day as assessment or at scheduled intervals, reflecting a commitment to seamless client service.
• Excel in providing comprehensive client education on additional services and the entire treatment process, including thorough pre and post-treatment care guidelines. Tailor communication to empower clients with the knowledge necessary for well-informed decision-making.

• 3-4 years of luxury specialty Medical Aesthetics required
• ACLS Certification preferred
• BLS Certification preferred
• Certified Nurse Practitioner preferred
