Facility: Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care - Andrew Avenue
Shift Type: Day Shift(8) - 8:00 start
Guaranteed Hours (Weekly): 40 hours/week
Duration - 13 weeks temp to perm

In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties including scheduling appointments, insurance verifications, phone communication, and prior authorizations.

Requirements:

• Local candidates within 25 miles of the facility are preferred.
• Previous experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical records systems
• Flu & Covid vaccines + boosters required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
