- Department: Oncology Administration
- Schedule: PRN, Day Shift, Office hours Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, Minimum of 2 shifts per week

Assist provider by documenting the provider-patient encounter during the patient exam exactly as it is verbalized.
- Accompany provider into the patient examination room to document the provider's encounter with the patient.
- List all proper diagnoses and symptoms, as well as follow-up instructions and prescriptions as indicated by the provider.
- Transcribe patient orders including but not limited to laboratory tests, radiology tests and medications.
- Document procedures performed by the provider.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred.
- Medical Assistant preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
