SalaryBluetail Medical Group is a busy, growing sports medicine clinic located in the Chesterfield Valley. Our doctors are some of the nation's top specialists in the field of regenerative orthopedics.
We are seeking a full-time scheduler.
Duties will include greeting patients as they arrive, collecting insurance and demographic information, performing administrative and clerical duties, answering a high-volume of phone calls, ensuring proper collection of co-pays, placing reminder and cancellation calls, staying organized, and filling the schedule with appointments.
Candidates must act with professionalism, courtesy, discretion, and urgency while handling multiple tasks. We will train the right candidate, but would prefer at least one year experience in an administrative role, especially work at a doctor's office.
