We are an expanding medical device manufacturer, specializing in the distribution of cutting-edge orthopedic implant products that lead the market in innovation.
We are looking for a driven and competitive Medical Device Sales Representative with established relationships who is credentialed and ready to hit the ground running. The Sales Representative will support the sales and promotional activities for orthopedic implant systems targeted at Orthopedic Surgeons. This role entails participating in surgeries to offer guidance and aid to surgeons in utilizing orthopedic implants and instruments effectively. Additionally, responsibilities include facilitating the delivery and retrieval of implant systems to and from hospitals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Facility relationships with ability to obtain case approval
- Existing orthopedic surgeons relationships
- Familiar with contracting compliance rules and regulations
- Provide In-servicing for facilities/distributors and surgeons
- Provide on demand pre-operative planning support for surgeons
- Experience in medical device sales with orthopaedics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to track and supervise consignment & loaner inventory
Position Compensation:
- 1099 Contract Employee: percentage points are negotiable
- Commission Based: earnings are commensurate to Sales Representatives performance

Pay: $42,775.80 - $300,000.00 per year
