We are seeking a Medical Recruiter / Customer Service Associate to join our team! You will perform activities in the recruiting department recruiting new respondents for paid medical market research that have signed up to be called. There is no cold calling.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall study quotas, screening respondents and scheduling them to confirming their study with them. These respondents have signed up to be called for paid medical studies with Echo Project Management Group.
- Screen and recruit potential study participants
• Schedule qualified participants
- Update and follow study quotas
- Confirm active participants for their study
- On the phone and computer most of the day
- Making outbound calls
- Receiving inbound calls
- Execution of multiple studies simultaneously
Qualifications:
1.) Great on the phone able to take and make inbound and outbound calls comfortably.
2.) Knowledge of Apple numbers a must
3.) Be teachable/coachable
4.) Positive and enthusiastic personality
5.) Detail Oriented
6.) Self Motivated
7.) Working from home experience a plus
