SalaryPosition Summary:
Ensures that every medical record document is properly prepared and scanned into the electronic medical record system. Scans documents to correct medical record number, placeholder and date and time. Scanning is completed on patient floors, units and in the department. Helps with customer service when needed.
Position Qualification:
High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
