```Duties:```
- Organize and maintain Medical Records in a healthcare setting
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient information
- Retrieve and file Medical Records as needed
- FIling the paperwork and reports of patients quickly and accurately
- Assist with record audits and quality assurance activities
- Follow established protocols for record retention and disposal
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure efficient record management
- Preparing patient charts and gathering information and documents from patients
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
