Our busy ophthalmology practice is looking for a Full Time Medical Receptionist Supervisor to provide leadership to our medical front desk team in our Golden Valley & Plymouth offices. The medical front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for training, providing guidance and support, as well ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for the front desk. Responsibilities:

Greeting & checking in patients

Collecting co-pays and payments

Scheduling appointments

Gathering insurance/demographic information

Patient registration

Answering phone

Scanning documents

Faxing correspondence
