ENT & Allergy Specialists is currently looking for a Medical Receptionist. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression and helping to provide patients with the best possible experience.

Where:

• You would work at one of our offices in Ft. Thomas, KY, Edgewood, KY, Florence, KY, or Lawrenceburg, IN

Medical Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly face of the practice – greet patients, answer phones, and create a warm and welcoming environment.
• Multi-task
• Use electronic medical records.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks.
• Turn patient calls into appointments.
• Handle insurance verifications and accept payments.
• Perform other administrative duties for the office - We will show you how!

Medical Receptionist Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred, though not required.
• Experience with patient registration, insurance eligibility, authorizations and familiarity with medical terminology is preferred, though not required.
• Ability to handle a busy office with interruptions, calls, walk-ins.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
