Warm Springs Day Spa and Salon, is a modern, relaxing, Top 200 salons in the country. Our mission is creating an ultimate spa experience in a relaxing, Zen environment. Warm Springs Day is seeking Guest Service Representatives to assist with customer service/scheduling/reception of the Front Desk area. This customer faced position is the first point of contact and last point of contact for our Spa/Salon guests.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
- Available afternoons to evenings and Saturdays
- Positive, Friendly, with energetic attitude
- Provides excellent customer service to guests
- Fast Learning of Scheduling Software
- Thrives in fast paced Administrate Environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and tech savvy to learn scheduling software (Salon Scheduling Meevo a Huge Plus)
- Arriving to work on-time and ready to perform.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Team Play to assist other team members as needed
- Task-oriented during down time
Responsibility:
- Create Luxury Client Experience
- Assist with Marketing/Events/Social Media
- Answer/Schedule incoming appointment calls
- Review Appointment Book
- Check Vmail /document/create communication
- Oversee Retail/Boutique/Sales/Inventory Control
- Opening/Closing common area walk through
- Basic assist with organization/chores

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
