Solaris Healthcare Waterman is hiring part-time Medical Receptionists. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, reviewing new patient registration, entering patient information into the practice’s designated system, requesting, and collecting co-pays/outstanding balances at the time of check-in/check-out. This individual is responsible for taking accurate messages and routing correspondence efficiently. Serves as a liaison between patients and medical support staff.

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to operate a computer, copier, fax, and scanner
Diagnosis coding and medical billing experience preferred
