We are currently seeking for a Purchasing Admin for a Healthcare facility located in Inglewood.
100% onsite
Salary- $20-$23 DEO

Duties:
- Receives requisitions verifies that they possess proper administrative approvals.
- Places orders with suppliers which offer the most favorable pricing consistent with quality, quantity, contract obligations, service and delivery time and consistent with Contracting strategy
- Performs necessary follow-up between departments and vendors
- Problem-solves effective resolution of vendor performance problems and invoice-purchase order errors
- Ensures respective company policy, procedures, and standard work compliance
- Demonstrates superior cstomer service attitude; interacts with a positive and constructive approach
- Prioritize and multitask
- Performs work that is varied and difficult in character
- Evaluation, originality, and ingenuity is required
Requirements:
- Proficienty with SAGE and Excel
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar background
- Must have Covid-19 vaccine
- Good customer service skills
- Inventory Tracking skills
- Bilingual Speaker a plus
