Now hiring for a Medical Provider; ARNP / PA or MD for 0.3 FTE (12 hours per week) supporting our Spokane site for our vAdult PHP Spokane PM program.
Medical provider will have two clinics per week 4-6 hours each Mon-Friday. One hour treatment team meeting (day TBD) Communication with nurse during business hours 9-5pm Monday - Friday.
Compensation Range: ARNPs - $40,000 - $48,000/annually at 0.3 FTE
Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts client assessments and from assessment findings develops, implements, and coordinates services, and monitors and evaluates individualized treatment plans for those client's assigned caseload.
- Evaluates and assesses clients' need or options for medication management, prescribes medications, and monitors on a regular basis.
- Collaborates with the staff and community professionals including physicians, therapists, social workers, dietitians, and community agencies in coordinating client care services and maintaining continuity of care.
- Participates in client case consultations.
- Maintains clinical records in compliance with the company policies and regulatory standards.

- Exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility who are scheduled to work on a holiday may take the holiday on a different day during the same pay period. Additionally, non-exempt employees are eligible or various shift and weekend differentials.
