Medical Office Scheduler

Immediate need for a Medical Office Scheduler. We are a busy Family Practice. We are needing someone with experience in a Medical Office or similar work environment. You must be able to multitask and work well with a team. You will be answering phones on a multi-line phone system, filing charts, making copies, working faxes, and any other general office assignments needed to keep front office running. Our practice does use paper charts and is not on an EHR system. This is not a sit-down position, you will be moving up and down throughout the day. This is a full time position (36-40 hours) Monday through Thursday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 7:45 am to 12:00pm or later. Benefits and scrubs are offered after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
