Medical Office Scheduler

Full time, (30-32 hrs/week) medical scheduling position available with regional medical oncology practice affiliated with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. We are looking for a caring and highly motivated front Office Scheduler for our Londonderry location to perform front office reception work, including: checking in and out patients, scheduling appointments, booking outside testing, and other Medical Office duties. Two years of Medical Office experience is required along with working knowledge of computerized scheduling systems.

Flexible schedule: either 4, 8-hr days or 5,6-hr days each week.

Covid vaccine is required for employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
