Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Officeand Medspa operations manager with a sales and marketing focus. This person will report directly to the physician owner of the practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Responsibilities

Sales Management:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote aesthetic and Medspa services to our target clientele.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Provide sales training and support to staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

Staff Management:

• Supervise and lead a team of eight employees, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback is required.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needs.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees as needed.

Day-to-Day Operations:

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office, including patient scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Address operational issues and implement solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are always maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing and Sales or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
• Strong understanding of women's health, menopause, and hormone health is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
