SalaryWe are looking for a full time Front Office Manager that may work into the position of Office Manager for our busy dermatology practice.
In this position you will be part of a Management Team who work collaboratively to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere for both staff and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front office staff, working with the back Office Manager to ensure a smooth work flow daily. Oversee daily operations of the front office.
- Creat and maintain staff schedules for the front office.
- Identify and assign duties to staff as needed.
- Process all employee timecards for submission to payroll.
- Take part in the creation of office policy and procedure.
- Communicate, support and implement change in office procedure.
- Back up phones and reception positions as needed.
- Act as HIPAA Officer.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills:
- Medical Office supervisor and/or management experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of provider credentialing and contracting a plus.
- Hands of experience with basic accounting skills.
- Basic medical billing knowledge a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
