The Medical Office Assistant is responsible for...
- Providing an excellent experience all patients
- Scheduling and confirming medical appointments with patients
- Entering and updating patient demographics
- Helping patients complete documents and medical history forms
- Maintaining confidential medical history files
- Completing and updating clinical notes
- Collecting and verifying patient insurance information
Details:
- This is an on-site position, very accessible by Metro.
- Shift is M-F 8:30-5pm- no late nights or weekends!
Qualifications:
- Prior healthcare experience required
- Some clinical experience required
- Front desk experience preferred
