MBI currently has an immediate opening for an energetic Medical Collections Floor Lead in our corporate office.

Work Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Location: 77 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012
Responsibilities:

• Give direction on Appealing Medical Work Comp Claims, EOR's
• Review correspondence pertaining to A/R.
• Able to work closely with others on a team
• Analyze and interpret A/R
• Give direction on identifying and resolving billing errors.
• Give direction on correcting claims.
• Maintaining strictest confidentiality; adhering to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
• Customer invoicing.
• Client and insurance appeals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of full time healthcare experience in A/R and Collections for Work Comp.
• 1 year Claims appeals experience
• Able to maintain A/R procedures for collections
• Knowledge of appeals processes.
• Fast learner.
• Multi-tasking.
