SalaryWorks in the Medical Education Office to support activities related to graduate Medical Education and undergraduate Medical Education and other learners on site at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Responsible for coordinating undergraduate Medical Education rotations for medical students from PCOM, medical schools and other learners. This includes oversight of learners and students shadowing on campus as it relates to onboarding, scheduling and facilitating rotations. Coordinates experiences for other Medical Education learners as available.
Areas include coordinating student rotations with residency programs; directs all PCOM student orientation and coordination, invoicing, documentation and communication with PCOM team; Coordinates the ACEMAPP onboarding process; Communication and documentation with nursing programs and learners and other learners as it applies; Coordination with hospital staff and team as necessary to facilitate learning experiences; works with institution on clinical learning environment. Services as IRB Coordinator and facilitates IRB meetings, documentation and communication. Supports research and grant development. Supports other projects as assigned.
