We're recruiting for a Medical Device Outside Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be a recent college graduate with some professional work experience. We would consider an entry-level candidate with the right background up to someone with up to 5 years of sales experience in a professional industry.
Our client is an innovative leader in surgical and dental visual enhancement. Their products are used daily throughout the world during lifesaving microsurgical operations and dental procedures. Surgical Magnification/Illumination Solutions.
This is a home-based position: You must live in the San Francisco Bay or Oakland Area to be considered for the role. The position requires about 20% travel both inside and outside the territory.
The territory is exclusive and covers the San Francisco Bay Area and all of Oakland.
The successful candidate will manage the San Francisco, CA, based region, calling on Surgeons, Hospitals, Operating Rooms, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Surgical Residency Programs, Dental Schools, Dental Hygiene Schools, and Opthomoligits.
You will join a growing company and will be selling our client's surgical and dental visual enhancement. Their products are used daily throughout the world during lifesaving micro-surgical operations and cutting-edge dental procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:
85% of your activity will be following up on leads provided to you by the company. You must organize your own travel schedule and maintain your own calendar of appointments. You are expected to meet with medical and dental professionals that want to see you throughout your exclusive territory demonstrating our Magnification and Illumination solutions. Besides the opportunities covering the territory, the company attends several dozen professional meetings throughout the country and our sales representatives are each assigned to 8 of these a year.
Qualifications and Skills: The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, be organized, and self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. Must enjoy travel. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED.
