Medical Courier

Position Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Medical Courier. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, proactive, and accountable, capable of working independently to ensure the efficient delivery of crucial medications. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service. This is a chance to be your own boss with limited micromanagement!

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patient medication to homes, businesses, and other locations as required.
• Follow established routes and schedules while also adapting to changes and unforeseen circumstances as needed.
• Verify the accuracy of transported items, ensuring proper handling and storage according to established protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, and other team members to provide updates on delivery status and address any issues or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and equipped for safe operation.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines governing the transportation of medical materials, including compliance with HIPAA and other privacy laws.
• This is a 1099 position meaning YOU pay for fuel and expenses
• This pays $4 per stop, with most drivers averaging 25-30 stops a day
