We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Courier Driver to join our team. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages and/or documents to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. We provide a fuel card and a stipend for maintenance for your vehicle. If you enjoy being on the road and providing excellent service, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We pay Above Average wages, with opportunities to increase your income by assisting with other routes.
Trident provides services to the Federal Government, and requires a background check, and MVR review.
Duties
- Utilizing your personal vehicle, to pick up and deliver packages
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers and address any concerns or questions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record-Have a reliable vehicle
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier
- Knowledge of local areas and routes
- Ability to navigate using GPS or maps
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers
- Ability to lift packages when necessary, most under 25 pounds
