Clinic/Practice Manager
DEPARTMENT: Management
REPORTS TO: Director of Clinic Operations

Summary: Clinic Manager is passionate about helping people, and working with a dedicated staff. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all day to day duties of the clinic. This includes assisting physicians and managing staff in the delivery of health care.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the day to day activities of the clinic.
· Oversee and direct front and back office staff.
· Ensure patient satisfaction.
· Ensure an adequate supply of stationery and equipment in the office.
· Ensure a safe work environment for employees.
· Maintain the office equipment and scheduling repairs whenever necessary.
· Maintain company sliding fee policy & patient brochures.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
· Ensure all laboratory work is sent in a timely manner.
· Assist on-site providers with any issues.
· Train new staff members.
· Ensure billing and collections in a timely manner.
· Ensure compliance with laws and regulations for the Center.
· Maintain discipline in the organization.
· Watching over employee performance to ensure that organization standards are met.
· Motivate employees to perform at their best.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in health related field preferred.
· Minimum of three years of managerial experience in an outpatient health clinic.
· Must have experience in using EMR systems.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Must be able to collaborate with team members and coworkers.
· Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
