Responsibilities:
Verifying the authenticity and eligibility of claims.
Analyzing the claims.
Communicating with claimants and provider offices regarding health and dental benefits.
Communicating with client???s management teams. ...
Administrative tasks such as keeping and updating records.
Reviewing and addressing provider inquiries regarding claim adjudication.
Applying knowledge of medical coding and various medical claim forms to the claims process.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Medical claims processing experience preferred.
Experience with medical coding to include diagnosis coding and terminology preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Ability to multi-task and follow documented claims processes.
Capability to prioritize and organize work assignments to meet deadlines.
Able to work independently and as part of a team with little supervision.
Knowledge with MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to make appropriate decisions based on the information presented.
Ability to use good judgement and reason in evaluating and resolving difficult claim issues.
Excellent data-based, problem solving, and organizational skills.
