Medical Business Operations Employee / Receptionist

Broadway Optical has been serving the Slavic Village Community for over 30 years. The family-run practice believes that every patient that comes in as a stranger leaves as an extended family-member. We are seeking a Business Operations employee that is welcoming and willing to work. If you are someone that is a team-player and you are passionate about the optical field, this job is for you.

From: answering phone calls, to checking patients in, to doing preliminary testing, to helping fill out orders, to dispensing the glasses, expect to be someone that is a part of the whole patient experience.

Qualifications

The ability to multitask is required. General customer service and sales experience are a must. Experience with Officemate and billing is a plus, but is not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour
