We are looking for a full-time Billing Specialist. The ideal applicant is someone with sound customer service skills, a solid work ethic, computer skills/experience, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, ability to work as a team-member and maintain team chemistry, adaptability and a high level of organizational skills. The applicant should have knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and insurance; with 3 years of related work experience. The Billing Specialist is responsible for complex clerical and accounting functions for patient billing including verification of claim information, maintenance of all billing records, and resolution of problems. Follows up on submitted claims and patient billing and resubmits claims or corrects inaccuracies.
