Advanced Specialty Anesthesia, LLC (ASA) is on the lookout for a dedicated individual who thrives on the excitement of conquering accounts until they reach a balance of zero! As a vital member of our team, you'll take on the role of ensuring seamless daily balancing, payment posting, tenacious pursuit of denied claims, and meticulous collections from patients and insurance providers.
*Flexible Hours. 30-40 per week. 4 day work week is an option.
Patients are not seen at our office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Aging Report Review of all unpaid claims over 30 days old
- File Appeals
- Credit Review and Refund Management
- Payment Posting
- Offer backup support for our full-time Insurance Verification team
- Provide backup assistance for our full-time charge entry personnel
- Generate and monitor assigned reports
- Embrace any other duties assigned by management
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of patient accounts experience in a physician practice
- A strong grasp of the entire Physician Revenue Cycle
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational abilities
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic & Team Player
- Exemplifies problem-solving prowess
- Possesses above-average computer technical skills
