WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Billing Manager, you will be a key part of our Billing team.
- The Billing Manager will be responsible for evaluating the current billing processes and implement new processes to improve the efficiency of the billing flow.
- Verify insurance benefits
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding denials and appeals
- Ensure trips are billed within a timely filing limit
- Payment tracking and follow up
- Manage revenue cycle
- Oversee all billing functions and manage billing staff
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Availability to multitask with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience dealing with major insurance companies and patient scheduling is preferred
- Ability to work in high pressure situations
- Clean background check
- Negative drug screening
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- Ability to work full time in an in person setting
- Minimum 5 years billing management
