As a Medical Billing Clerk, you will be at the forefront of our client's revenue cycle management (RCM) process, ensuring the smooth processing of claims, payments, and denials for Pediatric, Mobile Wound Care, and Surgical medical services. Your responsibilities will include accurate data entry, medical coding (training provided if necessary), and the submission of billing data and claims to insurance companies. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the accuracy of patient medical information and generating bills and invoices for medical services. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling payment arrangements, collections, and updating insurance and financial information while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Medical Coding (preferred, but willing to train)

High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
5 years of medical office experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical billing software
