Medical Billing and Coding Instructor

MTTI is looking for a full-time Medical Billing & Coding / Office Administration Instructor.

MTTI is a post-secondary career training institute located in Seekonk, Massachusetts. At MTTI, we train students with the skills and knowledge necessary to enter the workforce in nine different areas of technology; ranging from Automotive to Medical. Our goal is to offer quality, hands-on, education to qualified individuals who are unemployed or underemployed, and assist them in entering training-related employment. The moto at MTTI is, Education for Employment.

 Very rewarding position available for a qualified and enthusiastic Medical Billing and Coding specialist with office administration skills.  Time management and organizational skills are needed to prepare students, for success that will lead to job satisfaction and successful job performance. Instructors must possess a strong work ethic and a caring and patient attitude to work with different age levels and capabilities. Instructors must have the ability to direct students to reach their potential not only in academic achievement but in personal and professional growth.
 
 Applicants must be passionate about helping people, many of whom are looking to come to school to better their lives.

Teaching experience is not required as we can train individuals on how to teach and manage a classroom.

 
Requirements:

-       Minimum of five years’ experience as a medical coder & biller.
-       Minimum of five years’ experience as an office administrator.
-       Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
