Well-established, fast-paced GYN medical office is seeking a part-time person who is interested in an opportunity to join our practice. Hours are as followed:
Monday 9:00am - 3:00pm, Tuesday 11:am - 5:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am - 4:00pm, Thursday 9:00am- 2:00pm
Applicant must be detail-oriented, maintain composure, have compassion and display a pleasing personality, demonstrate courtesy and helpfulness toward patients and their families. Ability to type, read, write, speak and understand English is necessary.
Essential Functions Include But Not Limited to:
- Registering patients upon arrival
- Intake new patient information
- Enter Insurance information
- Verify Insurance
- Schedule patient appointments
- Collecting copay and balance’s
- Answer phone- take messages
- Confirm Appointments
- Assisting a nurse if needed
- Setting up exam rooms
- Team player
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
