SalaryThis position will consist of Both Medical Assistant Duties & Front Office Receptionist Duties. All members of our staff contribute to our success by being flexible enough to manage Front & Back Office responsibilities as needed throughout the week.
This Position will consist of Medical Assistant Duties including:
- Rooming patients & taking medical histories & vital signs
- Coordinating with Providers on patient care
- Responding to patient inquiries
This position will also consist of front office duties including:
- Scheduling appointments
- Responding to patient calls
- Prior authorizations
- Data entry into Electronic Health Records
- Scanning and faxing
- Teamwork
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with the elderly and disabled
- Strong computer skills
- Hard worker
- Enthusiastic
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strongly preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Medical terminology
- Electronic Health Records experience (Athena)
- 1+ years’ experience as a Medical Assistant
- Spanish fluency

Compensation will be based on experience.
Pay Scale/Ranges:
$16.00-$41.50/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*

The patey scale/ranges shown are representative of the pay rates for the job title reflected above, but an employees actual pay rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
