Job Description
Our busy Dermatology office is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant for clinical and clerical duties.
Duties:

• Answer incoming calls on a busy multiple line phone system
• Schedule patient appointments
• Check patients in and out using electronic medical record software
• Additional administrative tasks as needed
• Provide patients with excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer and math skills
• Be organized • Work efficiently and independently
• Be able to multi-task
• Time management
• Be willing to take direction
• Team player

Job Type:

• Full-time: Mon - Fri 7:30am - 6:00pm

Experience:

• 2 years Education: High School or equivalent

Certifications/Licenses:

• Medical Assistant certification preferred

Pay:

• Pay starts at $24.00 per hour and increases with years of experience
